Velocity
Build culture, for people who build
Velocity is where COACT™ reads the machines and the sports we love as build philosophy. Not car reviews. Not race recaps. The question is always the same one: what does this teach someone who is trying to build something that lasts?
Three families. Build culture - RWB, Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Koenigsegg. Competition - F1 strategy, sim racing, karting, boxing. Spaceboy - the master frameworks and the ghostwriting behind them.

That is bespoke structuring, and it is a working argument against the template.Read CompetitionRace strategy for foundersA pit wall is resource allocation under uncertainty, live, with everyone watching. Why a venture studio writes about cars
Because the disciplines are the same. Sequencing. Constraint. Knowing what to leave out. A car built without a plan is a project that never finishes, and so is a venture. The people who understand a build already understand most of what COACT™ teaches - they have just never seen it written down for a business.
