Driver Management OS

Answer first

Driver Management OS is the single system a racing driver's career runs on - calendar, results, coaching, sponsorship pipeline, budget and backer reporting held in one record the driver owns. It was built inside COACT™ CO LAB in South Africa, around a live season, before it was written up as a system.

What it holds

Module

Season & calendar

Every test, race weekend, media day and training block in one calendar the whole programme reads from.

Module

Performance record

Lap data, race results, engineering notes and coaching feedback kept as one continuous record rather than scattered files.

Module

Human programme

Physical conditioning, psychology and coaching scheduled as work, tracked like any other deliverable.

Module

Sponsorship pipeline

Prospects, conversations, proposals and renewals in a pipeline, with what each partner was actually promised.

Module

Budget & runway

Season budget against real spend, so the next conversation with a backer starts from numbers, not vibes.

Module

Backer reporting

Scheduled reporting to sponsors, family and investors, generated from the record instead of rebuilt every quarter.

Built in South Africa, for everyone

Every CO LAB system on this page was designed, built and first run in South Africa. Not localised for South Africa afterwards - conceived here, tested here, and operated here first, then exported.

The first programme it ran on is Project Genesis, our #Road2F1 development programme with driver Ruvan Anderson and Lanzetti Racing on the race side. The contact-sports version, #Fight4F1, is in design in CO LAB.

The frames

Members only

The Driver Management OS frame register is being published frame by frame. The boards themselves - architecture, flows and data model - are held behind login and served through short-lived signed links. Visitors get the system; members get the drawings.

Driver Management OS FAQ

What is a Driver Management OS?+

A Driver Management OS is the single system a racing driver's career runs on: race calendar and results, performance and coaching record, physical and mental programme, sponsorship pipeline, budget and reporting to backers. Instead of a manager holding it all in their head and their inbox, the driver holds it in a system they own.

Who is it for?+

Drivers and driver families running a real programme - karting through single-seaters - plus the managers, engineers and sponsors around them who need one honest view of where the season stands.

What does it actually replace?+

The scattered version: a calendar in one app, results in a group chat, sponsorship decks on a laptop, budget in a spreadsheet, and nobody able to answer 'what did the last six months cost and buy' without a week of digging.

Can I see the system frames?+

The frames are members-only. Sign in and the published Driver Management OS frames appear in the Studio frame library. Visitors can see the frame register - titles and count - so you know what exists without the architecture being handed out.

Was it built in South Africa?+

Yes. It was built in CO LAB in South Africa around a live programme - Project Genesis, #Road2F1 - with Ruvan Anderson as the driver and Lanzetti Racing on the race side. It ran on a real season before it was written up as a system.

How do I get it for my own programme?+

Through CO LAB. You bring the programme, we bring the system and the execution support, and it runs inside VentureOS so the record stays with you. Start on the contact page.
