What is a boxing gym management system?+
A boxing gym management system is the software a gym runs on: members and attendance, coaches and classes, fighters and their bouts, medicals and licences, camp schedules, and the money. Ring Craft OS goes further than a membership app because it also holds the competitive side - the fighter record, the camp plan and the purse - in the same place.
What does Ring Craft OS replace?+
The scattered version: bouts remembered rather than recorded, camp plans on a whiteboard, medicals in a drawer, sparring arranged over WhatsApp, membership money in a cash book, and nobody able to say what the last six months of boxing cost or bought.
How is a fighter's record tracked?+
Every bout is a row: date, opponent, sanctioning body, weight, rounds, result and method, with the camp and medicals that sat behind it attached. The record travels with the fighter, so a change of gym or manager does not erase the history.
Does it handle both amateur and professional boxing?+
Yes. Amateur bouts, national tournaments and professional fights sit on the same record, which matters most at the crossover - the point where an amateur history has to be presented to a promoter or a commission.
Is it only for boxing?+
